Please note: Unfortunately we cannot accept all same sex parties and the hirer must be over 21 years old (over 25 years old for Lively Maid class) unless agreed in writing with ʻThe Boatyardʼ prior to your trip. For safety reasons, all capacities stated are maximum and based on an average weight of 80 kilos per adult. These capacities must not be exceeded unless agreed in writing with ʻThe Boatyardʼ prior to your trip. Hirers booking the Swan, Kestrel and Lively Maid class boats must have experienced boat handlers within their group.
Buoyancy aids/lifejackets available free of charge. Day bookings are for 8 hours and half-day bookings are for 4 hours. A £100 cash security deposit is required on the day for all boats except the Swan, Kestrel and Lively Maid classes which require a £150 cash security deposit. Advance bookings can be taken (excluding rowing boat) subject to a non refundable £75 booking deposit being paid or the full fee if less than £75. Prices correct at time of going live. Terms and conditions available upon request and exhibited in our offices.
